Supply of the wafer production plants with heating and air-conditioning cold water from the heat recovery and absorption plant. Heat recovery of the ovens via exhaust gas heat exchanger. The constantly available exhaust gas heat of the baking ovens is used as an energy source for the absorption refrigeration machine.
